Job Title: Recruiter

Pay: $30-$45/hour DOE

Location: Irvine, CA

Duration: Temporary (approx. 6 months) (possible temp to hire depending on business needs)

Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00-5:00 (Fridays are WFH)

Our client, a leading automotive finance organization, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across a variety of corporate and business functions during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys sourcing top talent, building strategic pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Recruit For

You'll support hiring across a variety of functions, including:

• Finance & Accounting
• Risk & Analytics
• Credit & Underwriting
• Operations
• Product & Technology
• Sales & Corporate Functions

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer stage
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and talent strategies
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future openings
• Conduct candidate screenings and guide candidates through the interview process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates and filling multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Experience recruiting across diverse business functions
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using an ATS and managing recruiting data
• Ability to excel in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Preferred Experience

• Agency and/or corporate recruiting background
• High-volume recruiting experience
• Taleo or Oracle ATS experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
